Our Story at Darmel Properties

Darmel Properties was founded by husband-and-wife team Darren and Melissa Jhagroo—real estate investors who understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of owning rental properties. What began with a single triplex quickly grew into a portfolio of multifamily properties across Florida, stretching from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa.

As their investments expanded, so did their need for dependable, high-quality maintenance. Instead of outsourcing, Darren and Melissa built their own in-house team—one that delivered the kind of consistent, responsive service they couldn't find elsewhere. That hands-on approach soon evolved into Darmel Property Maintenance Management, now servicing over 100 units and growing.
