Darmel Properties was founded by Darren and Melissa Jhagroo. Landlords themselves and having started out in real estate with owning a multifamily triplex they quickly realized how important reliable property maintenance was for landlords to be successful.

As they grew to own several apartment complexes over the last decade, they have developed maintenance teams from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa that not only work on their properties but also on other landlords that need help. Helping other landlords is how they established Darmel Properties and Property Maintenance Management. Being landlords themselves they understand exactly what landlords are looking for and expect while providing the type of service that keep tenants happy.

Now managing maintenance for over 100 units for landlords, they have been able to increase the services they can provide in the maintenance arena while protecting landlords’ investments and increasing property values.
